Millennial Brewing Company is pioneering the downtown Fort Myers craft beer scene with a 2300 sq. ft. taproom in a post-industrial open concept brewery off Royal Palm Avenue.  Our taps will consist of a rotating list of 12 hand-crafted beers brewed by co-founder Logan Roberts.  The taproom and outdoor spaces will act as venues to showcase local musicians, artists, and weekly/seasonal events.

We are currently in the market for knowledgeable beer enthusiasts who are passionate about helping our guests experience the art, history and culture of craft beer.  From hefeweizens to stouts, our beertenders and beer servers will be comfortable explaining the process and ingredients used in making the beer and recommending styles to our guests (don’t worry we will teach you everything you need to know).  Our beertenders and beer servers will be required to deliver an exceptional customer service experience at all times as you will be the face of our brewery.  We want to make quality, fresh and consistent beer and encourage our family of employees to share the same values and hold us to it.

Job Responsibilities:
-Welcome each guest hospitably and immediately
-Provide the guest with exceptional product, equipment, event and local area knowledge
-Engage with guests (not just take their orders)
-Attend festivals
-Pour and serve beer properly
-Clean, Clean, Clean (behind bar, tables, floor, restrooms, kitchen, landscape)
-Adhere to safety, sanitary, etc. policies and procedures
-Handle cash and operate the POS system
-Reinforce and embody the Millennial Brewing culture
-Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication

 Job Requirements:
-Customer Service background
-Have a kick ass personality
-Be at least 21
-Be passionate about craft beer
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment
-Ability to communicate fairly and objectively with others
-Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
-Ability to HAVE FUN
